Our friends at Rightpoint, an independent customer experience agency, needed an outside perspective to lead some brand messaging and strategy work. We started the process by conducting a competitive analysis. Then, we led a strategy session in-person for Rightpoint senior leadership and our partner PR agency, Blast PR. Next, we created the first version of the new company narrative–a nuanced document containing the brand’s ethos, UVP, tone, and more. Rightpoint* took it away from there–and we can’t wait to see what happens next.
