Our friends at Rightpoint, an independent customer experience agency, needed an outside perspective to lead some brand messaging and strategy work. We started the process by conducting a competitive analysis. Then, we led a strategy session in-person for Rightpoint senior leadership and our partner PR agency, Blast PR. Next, we created the first version of the new company narrative--a nuanced document containing the brand's ethos, UVP, tone, and more. Rightpoint* took it away from there--and we can't wait to see what happens next.
