Remote work rules. But I get lonely. I welcome any assignment that gets me away from my desk, especially ones that bring me to my old stomping grounds, the best city in the world, New York. For this project, I attended SuiteConnect, NetSuite's summit, and interviewed Founder and EVP Evan Goldberg.

After the conference, NetSuite took me to Bleecker street to interview three small business retailers that run their business on NetSuite. I weaved their stories together in this piece for Fast Company and wrote a second story for Inc. based on the event.
