Sometimes an assignment changes your personal feelings about a brand. After interviewing Jeff Quezada, SVP–sponsorships and global experiential at Citi, I wanted to move my money over to Citi immediately. Not that I ever had any negative thoughts about the global financial leader. It is just that I found Quezada's zest for his role and love of the brand incredibly persuasive. I also admire the company's commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion, not just internally, but in event sponsorships, too.
