The Role of Wellbeing in Executive Women’s Success/KPMG +Inc.

This article for Inc. mag is based on research from KPMG and an interview with KPMG U.S. deputy chair and chief operating officer Laura Newinski.

KPMG research finds that 91 percent of executive women perceive “an exponential surge of stress” in the workplace compared with pre-pandemic levels. As such, they are prioritizing self-care to improve their wellbeing and their performance in the workplace.

Newinski was smart, warm, and knowledgeable. We appreciated the chance to learn more about the research and women's mental health, as well as KPMG's annual women's leadership summit and golf tournament.

This was our second project for KPMG and Inc.. We hope it won't be the last.
